Here Russell will have 24 hours make his decision on whether or not to use the veto. If he chooses to use it, he will then need to name a replacement. Afterward, all houseguests except for Russell and his 2 final nominees will need to cast their votes. You must give goodbye messages to BOTH nominees to count. Failure to do so will prohibit you from competing in the next HOH competition.
